Lot 418 2pc 1908 Strait Settlement 1 Cent Coins
Each copper coin features the crowned bust of King Edward VII facing right on the obverse, encircled by the inscription EDWARD VII KING & EMPEROR. The reverse displays the denomination within a beaded circle, surrounded by the legend STRAITS SETTLEMENTS ONE CENT 1908. These coins were issued during the British colonial administration of the Straits Settlements, which included Singapore, Penang, and Malacca. Metal Content: Copper.
